I love dips of almost all kinds, especially when there’s cheese involved. This cheesy ranch dip is especially delicious and versatile. I adapted an already-easy recipe to be even easier.
I didn’t used to make dip recipes much, but I have a big family now. We are not a family-sized family either; we’re a party-sized family. I can make a dip recipe and have it gone within a few days thanks to my hungry children. This one is a favorite for an after-Church snack with pretzels.
Mix all the ingredients together on low until well-combined:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. ranch dressing
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chill the dip in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to make sure the flavors blend together.
Serve the cheesy ranch dip with crackers or use it as a spread for wraps or sandwiches. It even works as a spread for tacos. The hardest part is not eating all of it at once!

On another random note, we always used to buy Hidden Valley ranch. One day, I decided to try Ken’s Steakhouse, and we never looked back. It just tastes better, and it’s actually cheaper too.
