10 years ago today, I woke up so nervous that I could only eat half a packet of spicy ramen noodles for breakfast. My greatest fear was that James would change his mind and decide not to marry me. I’m so glad he didn’t! We’ve been through a lot together during our marriage. Our life in numbers so far:
10 years of marriage
9 hospital visits
8-hour workdays (Only in our dreams!)
7 members of our family
5 kids and apartments
3.87 years of pregnancy
1 eternal family
I’m not going to pretend that I am the best friend, wife, or mom ever, but I’m working on it. I love being at home during this stage of my life. It’s my dream job.
Marriage and family are hard sometimes, but they are always worth it.

It’s now been almost 4 years since I wrote this post, and I stand by what I said then. Since 2019, we’ve been through a pandemic and traveled cross-country twice, and we survived and even had some fun! I’m still having fun writing this blog, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop writing as long as I’m alive.
