Garlic Chicken Pizza

I’m proud of this recipe. I’ve loved the garlic chicken pizza from Papa Murphy’s for a while, but I never thought about making it at home until recently. I’m happy to say that it tastes as good as the real thing, and it only took me one try to get it right. I’m not usually that lucky!

The Crust

Mix all of the following ingredients together, then let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes.

1 t. yeast

1 t. sugar

3/4 c. water

1/2 t. salt

1 1/2 c. flour

The Chicken and Sauce

Chop and cook together in a hot skillet:

8 oz. chicken

1/2 t. garlic powder

Mix the ranch and garlic together in a bowl:

1/2 c. ranch

1 1/2 t. minced garlic

Assembly and Baking

Preheat the oven to 400. Stretch the crust out onto a large pizza pan. It will be very thin, so try not to rip holes in it. Add the garlic sauce, then cheeses, chicken, and veggies.

1 1/4 c. mozzarella

1 1/4 c. cheddar

a medium Roma tomato, chopped

3 green onions, sliced

Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top. Bake the garlic chicken pizza at 400 for 20 minutes.
